Due to popular demand, Meat Trades Journal will once again be running two regional Butchers' Fair events in 2012 (one in the Summer and one in the Autumn), giving butchers around the country a chance to find plenty of inspiration and to feast their eyes on all the exciting new products and equipment being launched in 2012.
The first of these events, Butchers' Fair Summer will take place on Sunday 24th June 2012 at Kempton Park Racecourse, Middlesex.

The Summer event will play host to a range of exhibitors from across the industry who will be showcasing new and existing products and services to help improve product quality and business performance.
There will also be plenty of live activity throughout the day to keep visitors entertained, including a full line up of stage presentations and demonstrations.
New for summer 2012, we are delighted to be working with Eblex who will be running a NEW Ready Meal competition, judged at the show. There are also an additional two classes that will set butchers against bakers to see who comes out victorious. >> Find out more.

What's more, the event will once again be co-located with British Baker's Bakers' Fair, so if you make or sell any bread or pastry-based products, then you can take a look in for FREE.
With a range of exhibitors and plenty of live activity, Butchers' Fair Summer promises to be a great day out for butchery and foodservice professionals looking to learn and be inspired!
